lost in espace said: Knebworth today. Bin lorry totally jammed by prats unable to drive. Lady in Focus was not actually parked although it looks it, but she was in front of me and actually reversed off to the side to allow the cars in front to reverse which was very considerate. Unfortunately nobody else had an ounce of common sense and reversed.
Technically we were all parked for about 10 mins, hence its inclusion in this thread. Used to commute though that bit every day (in my E34, not exactly a small car), people park like f king idiots. the Co-op you see on the right, for those not local, houses free car park. However it would seem turning left twice is far too much for most people to process so they cause that.

I am friends with a bloke who's VERY consciencious but he drives, (amongst others), a 1957 Cadillac on a daily basis. It's hysterical seeing it parked in Asda's carpark, it's got to be ten feet proud of the rest of the row.

Not sure who was there first etc, but the person in the middle may find it hard to get out if they return to their car first! There was a lot of space in front of the Vectra, and Panda too!

I think the hatched area is to allow others having a clear view at the junction, and this bell end has blocked it.

Get them round our way. I wouldn't mind if it left the road clear for two-way traffic but it won't and all it does is block the pavement. Also you might get someone try to squeeze two cars past the parked car and take a door mirror off. I'd rather park on the road, keep the pavement free and less chance of my car getting swiped.

If you parked it correctly on the left hand side of the road with the passenger side against the hedge you wouldn't have to leave it sticking out into the middle of the road. Prat.
