why is it a problem when a thread gets too long? just something i never understood- whats the difference between one 600 page thread and 2 300 page ones?

A 500 page (10,000 post) thread generates a lot of load on the search servers, which has caused site stability issues in the past, hence we try not to go over 500 pages..

Thank god it's still going, I like my daily chuckle at some of the cars people have "tried" to park, and failed horribly. Time for a clean card in my camera then.

 A sterling contender to start the year. TBH I'd probably leave the car like that for comedy value, cocking its leg like a Highland Terrier.
