Update page 3!!

Nothing massively special but they all serve a purpose!

Daily Driver = C2 VTR Sensodrive

Weekend Car = JDM S2000 (Grand Prix white)

Family wagon = Kia Soul Tempest (all the toys 18's, reverse camera, Uprated stereo etc...)

Love the S2000 - Kia is an unusual choice, nevertheless with the warranties and deals they seem to advertise I can certainly understand the appeal! smile

Yeah one of the main reasons we got the kia, a good deal, 7 year warranty (although were probably just keeping it for 4, it should help the re sale with 3 years warranty still left) and it's more unusual than the standard Picasso, c max etc....

I thinks those Kias are pretty good, looks and to drive. And the S2000 is great. The "sensodrive" is the odd one out!

What does 'sensodrive' mean?

Love the S2k, white is always the best colour for fast Hondas

Definitely can totally understand that, wouldnt have one myself but if the numbers work out on paper and your happy thats all that matters. S2k looks very smart!! smile

Nice fleet mate, how you find the C2 VTR? i am seriously considering one, have looked at 2 now but both were not as described in the ad and needed a fair bit of tlc. budget is about 2.5k so i should get a nice 04 example for the money.

Thanks Guys,

The C2 was originally the MRS daily before our child came along, Had it since 2005 nothing has gone wrong with it (touch wood) up to now.

Plus points are pretty reasonable economy (Im getting 40.3 atm mainly stop start) but can get 47+ on a run

Insurance is also very cheap as there only grp 7

To Drive, i'd probably look at getting the GT manual version unless your looking for an auto as the sensodrive isnt the smoothest.

If you wan to know anything more specific just fire away smile

The GT would be my first choice but as they were limited edition of only 2500, finding a decent example is rare and if it is a good one, they are around 3k.

The VTR's sound great with a K and N induction, mate has one and transforms the engine note.

If you want a manual version, I would look at the VTS. I still think I would opt for the 'SensoDrive' Auto as I think it would be quite fun and they are cheaper than the equivilent VTS/GT.

I will certainly look at them when I start looking for a car! biggrin

If i was looking now i'd be tempted by the VTS DIEsel tbh although think there prices are still considerably more?

Decent little car tho!

I had a Track spec Saxo VTS before the S2000 came along which has the "basic" same engine as the C2 smile

you wont get insured on a VTS as a first car.

You sure? The VTS C2 are only grp8 which is 1 more than a vtr? The diesel VTS is even lower than the VTR iirc?
