Just seen an F40 cruise past me in Edinburgh.

First time ive seen one, and my god its nice! Sound was excellent as well.

Anyone the lucky owner?

Don't know anyone in Edinburgh thats got one, but I've seen one, once in Edgworth, Bolton near to where I live. I agree, beautiful motor. A Solicitor aquaintance of mine has a track prepared F40 on slicks, which I've not seen yet. But I have been out in his 575M (manual, fiorano), very fleetingly. Absolutely bloody wonderful......if only

Saw the same one pass by St Colme Street at about 11am. Floored it through Queen Street must have got to 90 through the 2nd set of lights on Queen St.

Think we'll see it at Knockhill trackday 21st August. Didn't recognise the driver or passenger, looked like two suits on a jolly.

I'm sure someone has mentioned before that there is one that lives across in Dalgety Bay. Could have been that one.

It was heading through Barnton towards the Forth road bridge

Sounds like that could be the one then. It was discussed on the Scottish regional forum before but I don't think anyone actually knew who owned it.

As an aside, Barnton is a lot better now they have got rid of that/those stupid roundabout/s.
