Collected Ch76 from Richmond and James yesterday, they've done a superb job, some would say better than Ch81 wink Unfortunately photos taken after dark in the garage don't exactly do it justice, colour not as bright as it appears under flash.

Very nice indeed mellow. Really like the grey carpet with light grey trim - much better than plain black (wish I had though of that). And the red seats look great (but then I would say that wouldnt I!).

Wow. Looks good Mellow. For a moment given the colour combo I thought someone had posted some photos of 75. It would be fun to get 75 and 76 together!

Blimey. I wouldn't dare add 74 to the line-up... would drag it down somewhat!!

No, a guy used to advertise TVR ones on here, I asked him to make me set for the GK, still have his details somewhere if you want me to dig them out.

Would be good to get 75 & 76 together, 77 is a regular at the Goodwood "Breakfast Club" so 76 & 77 often in the same locality but we've never arranged to arrive together. Have to see what the GK calendar offers next season. 74 & 78 welcome of course!

Congratulations to Ch29 - looked superb on the Miss World stand. Unlike marques with thousands of members to add their votes, I don't think there are enough of us to 'swing it' so it's a real win !

Great photo! I understand the rolling (and floating) chassis was also a hit.

Hi all

Something unexpected happened. After selling nr 14 to a friend who fell in live with the car,I was offered 57 from Huntsman. We did a part exchange and here I am again with my new MECCANO!
The car was partially restored long time ago and then everything came to a halt.A power steering rack was put in but not connected up. Huntsman also started to fit a Webasto sliding roof.
Does someone has more details of the fitting of the power pump?I suppose it is a tight fit with or without the swirl pot? What sort of thread for the fittings?I have a double pulley at the water pump but that's all.
Also, the Webasto roof has sections of wood screwed through the roof top.Is there an aluminum section on the inside that covers these screws outside. Some photographs perhaps?
Cannot remember whether all the instruments were Jaeger. Missing the clock anyway.
Engine looks to be rebuilt but I'll have to dismantle it as been left open...

That's a shame, we used to have that car in our family, and I'd have like as not had it back if I'd known it was going. Especially as it was only about a mile away from me. Oh well, not to be. Good luck with it, hope to see it again one day.
