Did you get those step plates from B7trr?
No, a guy used to advertise TVR ones on here, I asked him to make me set for the GK, still have his details somewhere if you want me to dig them out.Would be good to get 75 & 76 together, 77 is a regular at the Goodwood "Breakfast Club" so 76 & 77 often in the same locality but we've never arranged to arrive together. Have to see what the GK calendar offers next season. 74 & 78 welcome of course!
Hi all
Something unexpected happened. After selling nr 14 to a friend who fell in live with the car,I was offered 57 from Huntsman. We did a part exchange and here I am again with my new MECCANO!
The car was partially restored long time ago and then everything came to a halt.A power steering rack was put in but not connected up. Huntsman also started to fit a Webasto sliding roof.
Does someone has more details of the fitting of the power pump?I suppose it is a tight fit with or without the swirl pot? What sort of thread for the fittings?I have a double pulley at the water pump but that's all.
Also, the Webasto roof has sections of wood screwed through the roof top.Is there an aluminum section on the inside that covers these screws outside. Some photographs perhaps?
Cannot remember whether all the instruments were Jaeger. Missing the clock anyway.
Engine looks to be rebuilt but I'll have to dismantle it as been left open...
