Just received my order from 'push merchandising' and again, completeley the wrong size t shirt sent out - even the order enclosed within the parcel states that I ordered large - got a medium!

No contact details apart from email. I'm always wary of websites/providers with no telephone number - Push Merchandising are the same. No number/s at all on any of their websites. I will email and go through the same old malarky of returning the goods and wait for the right ones to arrive. This is the second order on the trot they have messed up with. I won't order again.

How hard can it be?

I am really sorry about this. God knows what is going on with this. I can assure you this is not the normal performance we expect. Email me your order number to my personal address - zatch@pushmerchandising.com and I'll get this resolved and send you a free t-shirt to apologise.

Many thanks for your swift response. I have Emailed you on your preferred email address. Due to your quick reply and honest response on a public forum, I'll use you again as and when I need something Pistonhead orientated!

UPDATE:

Zatch has emailed me and is sending 2 x T shirts free of charge - any design/colour/size of my choice as a way of an apology.

Thought I'd update as I moaned on the forum above and to be fair, credit where it's due, only right and proper to publicly thank Zatch for his kind service.

Zatch - hope you got my Email ok - many thanks for your kind gesture - goes a long way and has restored my faith in the PH shop.

To add more faith in the new guys, I ordered one of the 911 GT3 RS outline T-shirts a few days ago and it arrived today in the right size and colour. Very happy with it and the service. Just need the stickers now. hehe

My two free Tshirts arrived today - AND the right size original order arrived today. All correct sizes and colours and very quick delivery.

Zatch - could you check your customer service email, I mailed there this mornnig about an address for returns.

The transfer on my tee shirt disintegrated upon its first wash! Plus the tee shirt was made from the thinnest material I have seen, it made toilet paper look thick! Utter Rubbish for £20 +
