Mrs Skeeter and I went to the local Mini dealers this morning to look at the new Roadster as Mrs S was thinking about swapping her Countryman for one.
She didn't expect to like it from the pictures, but in the metal it is actually a very good looking car. I think that it works much better than the Coupe and she wants one.
So now we have a couple of hours to while away on the Mini configurator and popping back next weekend for a test drive.

I went to a Roadster launch party at Sunningdale Mini on Thursday and I agree that it is a good looking car and the looks work better than on the Coupe. I also find the Coupe to be too dark inside and while the Roadster will be no better with the top up that obviously won't be a problem top-down.
You had to Google for it which means you were saying you didn't like them without even knowing what they looked like? Nothing like keeping an open mind then.
Mind you, you do have these in your "Fantasy Garage" so like you say, Horses for courses
Here's the MINI Roadster at the dealers launch party on Thursday.

Had to do a quick google....the answer is definately both. Nothing wrong with you wanting one, it's just not to my taste.
Very true. But don't make a judgement from the Internet, it is an odd thing but it look much different in real life, not quite sure what it is but it reall does
(and for the record it is mrs s who wants one not me!!)
