Just recieved a payslip for £681.00!! Obviously im absolotuly fuming as have plans for the money im owed. Whats the best thing to do? Speak to my current HR Manager?

More details required if possible: like how much you were expecting, was the agreement in writing, what else did you get with your final payslip (explanation of deductions, how it was calculated etc...)

When I sold cars th commission was only payable once the customer has collected the car & you did the handover.

If the customer hasn't taken delivery, or you didn't do the handover, then likely you ain't getting paid for it...

Hope you can swing it the other way, but wouldn't hold your breath. Sorry.

When you bring barrack room lawyer questions to someone who just employed you, you become slightly less respected.

As above, how much were you expecting, basic & commission, and what was printed on the last payslip?

I've been employed by this company for four years previously.
Have now sorted the above problem.
