Things That Go Together

So people i will leave it up to you to interpret as you wish, just have fun and lets see lots of entries

Rules
The photos taken must be your own work
The shot MUST be taken this month, with the closing date being midnight on the last day of the Challenge month
The exif must be posted with your shot
The competition will run from the first to the last day of the month
The winner from the previous month decides on the topic for following month and judges it at the end of the month
The Challenge for next month should be generic, as not everyone has access to zoom, macro, specialist lenses. It should be shots that everyone is capable of achieving with the bare essentials.
There will be two threads that need starting: The Entries thread to commence same time as Discussion thread. In the Entries thread only one picture should be entered. Any others you wish to discuss should be posted in the Discussion thread.
All entrants acknowledge that they may indeed win and that their adherence to convention ensures everyone else's continued fun.
Photos entered should be no bigger than 750 pixels wide for a landscape photo and 600 pixels high for a portrait photo. Some people still have black and white tellies, and use these stupid 3G phone things for browsing the interweb Links to larger versions are permissible.

Good luck all.

Cheers John. Do you know, I reckoned I had about 50% chance of winning this one! hehe More seriously, it's a shame that so few people entered this month as I always love looking at the quality that the competitions usually bring out.

I'll have a think and post a new subject up later.

I'll try and enter the comps a bit if I can find a bit more time to take the photos in the first place.

I guess I could have entered this one with my pic of the same birdbox Dogsey has photographed but with a great tit instead of a blue (and sadly in far worse light as well (i.e. a crap picture), but that would have been silly smile

Well done Dogsey, nail biting one that! Its funny what seems like a good idea on paper sometimes doesn't translate to good entries. This may have been better on the other competition where people would have more to choose from. The monthly comp generally either requires something to be taken for the comp or you end up having less photos to choose from and trying to fit the theme. Here's to April
