is the airbag light on these "resetable"with a snap-on reader or suchlike or is it a dealer job?.

You may be able to reset it but the chances are it'll come back on again.
It's probably the seat pad that will need replacing to rectify for good.
Which I understand will need to be sent back to Crewe, via a dealer, to
sort.

Hi there.
How did you go with the airbag light?
It's just come on in my 2002 Arnage T. Think it was jump statred.

The three maain causes of the air bag ligh coming on are flat left hand battery charge or replace it(the car will start with that battery flat as it has a right hand battery just for such occasions)the passenger front presence detection pad in the seat base it can be repaired or the steering rotor ribbon which also can be repaired
