Added a Porsche 911 to my fleet at the weekend.

Took it for a spin after a day's polishing and then took my old 1930 Packard out as well.

The difference was ......... significant!

Looking at the Packard makes me think of the Ant hill mob biggrin

Love the styling of early american motors; the Duesenberg and Cadillac in the Haynes
museum are stunning

This was taken before I bought it. The event was the SAVA rally which ran from Gleneagles to Turnberry (or the other way round) in 2010

The white white Rolls Royce with the unfortunate gold wheel discs was formerly owned by Lord Rothschild
