It was with a heavy heart, but today I sold the Scooby  However, on the flip side I have a new toy being sourced  Don't worry though, I will still be around dispensing advice, ops, I mean opinion   -P

I will post it  I have not turned by back on the Scooby. I will be back to the turbo fold, I just have a few scratches to itch, then its another Scooby as a keeper... -P

Sounds interesting! I'm seriously contemplating moving mine on in Sept/Oct for a Jag S Type R, I fancy wafting in a little style for a bit (with the option for 400bhp thru the rears if req'd!)

Unless you're going for a big horsepower Australian / American / German, everything you drive for the next month will feel like a s  t slow heap.

 Here she is. 2007 Cayman S, 18K miles and all the toys (apart from sat nav)... Night and day from the hamfisted brutality of the Scooby. Its a much more progressive I guess... More to follow...

Just been out again, this time with the other half. It really comes to life after 5K RPM. Off the line it's no contest with the Impreza, but between 50-100 I think it would be quite even... You have to give the tail end some respect too (my first RWD car)...
