Very impressive - any completely side-on shots?

This about the nearest thing I've got to a side-on shot, and the obvious lack of side window doesn't help (another job for Photoshop) but I can take some more pics when I've got the clamping arrangements sorted out in the coming weeks, and then I can trim the flange where the rubber sits, and finally bond the side windows in place - they're the last job.
I'll probably video a walk-round and put it on Youtube which would be better than a load of separate pics.

I'm still working on the costs, and wont know for sure until it's finished so don't want to give anything away yet, but so far it's meeting my budget expectations.

Absolutely fantastic. One of the best hard tops I could have imagined, definitely interested!

If the rear screen is perspex, I presume it won't take a demister element without discolouring? My car tends to mist up if left outside overnight.

Not that this would stop me buying one, just a question.

Great job!

Hi...Please don't shoot me - I'm from the Griff side...The hardtop looks fabulous; would it fit the Griff?

At the risk of being a heretic(AND No... I DON'T want a cerb, before you tell me!!)
What about a permanent targa? A la Tuscan?

Go on - Fire away.!!

It uses Protex over-centre latches at either side of the rear screen - just at the bottom of each pillar, and the same at each side where the 'B pillar is - just ahead of the quartlight windows.
I'm still working on these details at the moment so don't have any pics yet, but i'll upload some as soon as the catches are properly sorted. smile

Not sure if it would discolour Rick, i'd be more concerned with how hot the elements would get on a thermoplastic screen, it might melt into it.
I tried looking a few years ago to see if there was some kind of stick-on heating element available, I heard you could get them years ago as an accessory for classics, but I never found anything, and they were probably only suitable on glass screens anyhow.

I'd love to see what this hardtop looks like on a Griff!

Like you say, the rear section would stay in place and just the targa would go in the boot - Tuscan style.
