PPI for 1970 911 Targa

I am interested in a 1970 911 Targa that is currently with Joop Stolze Classic Cars in De Lier, Nl. I live in Australia and do not know of Joop Stolze reputation, I have no reason to doubt what he tells me about the car but I would like an independant inspection by a trusted Porsche specialist/mechanic/enthusiast. Can anyone out there help??
