She is not bad at all well above average.

The behaviour of the staff was contemptible at best unprofessional at worse
jealous sour grapes whatever the reason they (through their own stupidity)
have been caught out and will have to pay the price not to mention
chatter amongst the other clients of the surgery wondering who else
they have been (unkind too) behind their backs? they are in for a rocky
few weeks.
