"Maybe it needs warning signs."

this is what is wrong with the world, i drink a lot of fizzy pop, and my common sense says it's probably bad for me, i mean you can clean metal with it, anybody with half a braincell knows that anything to excess is bad.

perhaps the woman should have been taught how to look after herself.

lets drink 20 litres of water *probably death*
lets eat 500 bars of chocolate in 20 minutes..... etc etc.

No, just gut rot, septic peg teeth etc. Far, far more likely to get it from rubbish jeans & over-exposure to benzene & all kinds of stuff. However, genes seem to be the real biggie.

I love girly pop but can't t help thinking I ought not to.

Oh, original, story is a load of brow- beating arsenic.

The woman must have been a bit thick. Of course drinking 10L/day of coke isn't a good idea, most of us don't drink half that much fluid much less exclusively coke.

I would think 10 liters of anything a day is not great.

Why would anyone drink 18 pints of anything a day?

I'm surprised the Daily Mail readers haven't mentioned 'a 30-year-old mother of eight' ... one can take a guess that the rest of her diet wasn't wholesome.

Habit? caffene addiction.

my mrs favourite saying was. "youre not even thirsty"

i stopped about a year ago.

tesco were doing a buy 2 get 2 free deal on two litre bottles of pepsi max. which i already drank 5-6 bottles a day.

i would buy 4 in the morning drink those while driving around 8 in the afternoon so i had enough for the evening. made me ill smile

something is wrong when you are hiding bottles of pepsi max in your car so you dont get grief of the mrs.

plus they are really hard to get rid of the empties take up loads of space.

Really?

One day at university I drank 4 litres of Dr. Pepper as I was bored. It turned my poo black.

I usually get through a litre of diet coke every 2 days..
Been doing that for around 4 years..
I used to drink a litre a day but i've been cutting down.
For every glass i drink.. i do the same with water.

The Caffeine gave me heart palpitations so i'm stuck with caffeine free now.

My ethos is EVERYTHING is good in moderation. I fully expect them to find out that in the future one glass of cola a day and one cigarette every 24 hours has net health benefits.

Christopher hitchens for example cited cigarettes for his sharpness of mind, even if they poisoned his lungs. I predict that in the not too distant future they will discover that a cigarette a day prevents alzheimers, and a glass of cola dementia.

When I went on the driver education course to avoid the SP30 a speeding teacher was in attendence. Her exact words were 'its the governments fault for allowing us to drive cars that exceed the speed limit, therefore im not responsible for my actions'

This is the type of mindset 'educating' children today.
