Hi Guys,
I'm new to the forum, and I have a Mansory Bentley Continental GT. Only just got it and Im well chuffed, its the car I always wanted.
I know it makes some people react (jealousy is a cruel mistress!) but I think anyone "in the know" would agree its a tremendous car.
I'm trying to figure out how to post photos, I will do later as Im sure more than a few of you would love to see it.
Loking forward to good banter with like-minded car experts

Sorry Tonto, i dont understand your question. If you mean am i a pro driver then no i am not. Im good but Im not sure if i could really make it as a pro. maybe.
Ill post pictures when I can, its white and super stylish. I put a picture in my profile but it isnt my car, similar though.

I don't want to sound too confrontational but putting other peoples' dislike of your car down to jealousy doesn't tend to go down very well round here.
Some people will like your car, others won't. How much it cost new isn't relevant.

Hi Rohrl. Lets be realistic, the only reason for not liking my car is envy. And anyway, value for money wise you cant complain but then not everyone understands that (i dont mean you).
Btw, Im not flash or anything, i didnt buy it to show off, in fact im a pretty low key kind of guy.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the replies, as a new member its cool to hook up though im not sure the mickey-taking is in order. I dont want to sound mean but this is what I mean by the reaction some people give me.
Ok, if its not envy then maybe you guys have million pound cars that are better than mine, good for you, i hope you enjoy them, but for most people a car like mine is a dream to drive. Its a real driver's car (not like some others i could mention) performance and possibly THE most stylish thing on 4 wheels.

I looked at your photos and people who drive MINIS AND MEGANES are taking the mick! Now you know why I say envy...

Fair enough, you are quite right to think that your car is the dog's danglies, if it's done well, customising a car can add an appeal to it that the standard car cannot. However, owning an expensive car doesn't give you a right to deride or be-little someone else's opinion nor view their opinion as "envious" or "jealous". After all it's just an opinion. People will like different things. Just not a superiority complex-esque attitude.

Not wanting to sound too harsh, but on every other forum post to which you've replied (including one about someone else's Porsche and a DB9!) you've mentioned the fact that you own a Mansory Bentley. Slightly suspect? I think pics are in order before we go any further...

Obvious troll is obvious.
People have views on cars no matter what the cost. Some love it, some hate it. Envy doesn't come into it most of the time. If I had the money for a car like that, I certainly wouldn't give it to one of those, think it looks hideous. Show me a half a million pound W.O. Bentley on the other hand...

Well, I dont understand what these references to popcorn and stuff mean, must be some kind of in-joke.
Listen, Im new to the forum, I didnt start on anyone, if you have a problem with my car (even if it isnt envy), thats your issue.
Ive only bought it recently, Im well proud of it so of course Im gonna mention it on a car forum.
If you cant take that then talk to the hand cos the face dont wanna know...
