Sponsored by Heineken and ebay, I present the £590 728i which I picked up this morning and travelled home in absolute luxury.   Certainly feels like the 101k on the dash is genuine. I am very pleased at the moment, and will keep this thread updated as I go!

What is the overall condition?
Any faults that need fixing?

Damn - even cheaper than my 650quid W140 S Class (although mine did have 6 months tax inc. in the price). Good going, you need to get 11k trouble free miles out of it to beat my barge experiment

That's quite incredible value for money. A few years ago I was drinking in Kew with a friend and as we were pretty smashed, decided to get a cab back to central London. £15 price was agreed, and the cab driver floated around the corner in his 728.
Empty late night waftyness - a very agreeable journey home. I had assumed the engine would be too small for the car but it was very smooth indeed.
A great buy and as a passenger I prefer it outright to modern diesel S class mercs.
