Myself and Mrs Saleen will be in Peterborough this Saturday to collect her new (to her) car, any recommendations for a decent pub for lunch?
We ate in the 'Frankie and Benny's' last Saturday when there to look/purchase the car and wasn;t impressed.

Thanks for the reply, will be heading up the A1M then going on the A1139 to the Mazda garage on Burghly Road, PE1 2QDI think it is near Boongate?

The Fox and Hounds near TWG motorsport the porsche specialists is very good,is in longsthorpe  FOX AND HOUNDS THORPE ROAD, LONGTHORPE,PETERBOROUGH PE3 6LU

Glad you enjoyed it Im very fussy with food when it comes to paying for someone else to cook it!! but they have never let me down, and I find it very reasonably priced for the quality of food they serve

Best part was the drive to the pub after spotting a chap riding his Goldwing motorbike with his wife on the back and their St Bernard dog sat in the sidecar equipped with crash hat and sun glasses!
