Alot of speeds were missed though so the app isn't 100% accurate.
For example I did 185mph in the M6 a number of times but on the app it's showing 161, and my 993 C4S did 151 but it's not even on the list.
Headwind was a bit annoying though!

Thats a combo of things causing that tbh. the main one being that the weather was so bad that the numbers kept washing off so was very difficult to capture which car was which, coupled to that, the spray meant the numbered cars were difficult to spot.

I saw 175 a couple of times as well but I always chalked that up to the optimistic driving machine's speedometer

Oh I know Craig, I wasn't having a go. For me the top speed achieved is only a small part of the day anyway, the atmosphere, the cars and the people are just as enjoyable. If not more so. I know my top speeds and that's all I need Craig, did you get my email today?

We're all gentlemen (and ladies) in here, so I'm sure one of the participants can be trusted to start a thread putting the best speed in that they saw. It's what's happened in the past and has led to much fun, games and hilarity.

I know my top speeds and that's all I need Have to agree with this, I saw 186mph on the timing gear a couple of times but I reckon it was near on impossible to see my numbers with the spray and them washing off before the first turn!!!!! Great day though hope to attand again very soon.....
