I'm looking for a city break in June but not sure where to go. I have been to Barcelona, Rome and Madrid. I would like it to be warm and obviously some things to see and do.
Any suggestions?

How much do you want to spend?
How far do you want the flight to be?

I would prefer short haul flights, cost is undetermined at the moment depending on the destination.

Venice. Can even get down to the beach in Lido but it does get busy. Take mosquito repellent.
Unique place.

Depends if you can compromise on the temperature.
If so, then Reykjavik.

I did 1st class travel on the Eurostar to Bruges for a 3 day city break. And booked a lovely hotel on the banks of the river there.
It was wonderful in every way - the Eurostar is fast and pretty luxurious in 1st class, and Bruges is a fascinating city, with lots to do, and fabulous architecture and a nice bit of culture.
Recommended.

Have done Rome, Krakow and Venice in recent years with the OH.
Rome was the best/most interesting. Krakow has a lovely central square with restaurants all around, We did the prisoner or war camps and the Salt mine as the cultural bit. Venice was worth a visit although we struggled to find anywhere decent to eat which was a surprise to us. Most people seem to recommend Prague but not been there myself.

Rome has been our favourite too. We had exactly the same experience in Venice, which was quite a disappointment. Very little nightlife too. We certainly wouldn't go back. Prague is fantastic if you know where you're going. Having a friend living there has meant we've been to some amazing places there. Fantastic restaurants and open air nightclubs on the river with sandy beaches. You need to find out where the locals go. We go to Reykjavik at least twice a year and it is an amazing place, which has so much more to it than most city breaks. Oslo is very expensive and we prefer Reykjavik.

Tel Aviv is also worth considering.

Prague is stunning, really nice place to walk around and plenty of nice places to eat.
Would love to go Reykjavik myself so purely on this I would say head here.

I'd definitely second the Krakow suggestion. It's beautiful, cheap and should be pretty warm in June. Prague is lovely, but Krakow is better IMO.

Interesting to here people saying that Krakow is better than Prague, my wife has always wanted to here but I never really fancied it. What is the shopping like and also is there enough things to do to fill a long weekend trp? might relent and go later in the year if there are any good reports
Cheers
