Is your jolly old 'jam jar' ready for this weekend???

I am looking forward to seeing it in action with the ponies it has under the bonnet (Malc says he can smoke you like a 'Luck Strike' but thats another story)

Any of the other boys with GM toys I know coming with you???

And remember 'Pearl Harbour' we owe it to the Japs to upset some of them!!!!!

Or is it just that we are better

You will be pleased to hear that both Mr. Jeals (and missus Jeal) will be attending with the "Purple Turtle". As will Mr. Barrett and his 427ci ZR1, Mr. Ross and his 368ci ZR1, Mr. Sharples and his ZR1 368 and with a bit of luck, a following wind etc. etc. etc. I will be there in the all sing and dancing 383 Twin Turbo Z06.

I look forward to the vette's and viper's being featured on the front of the DVD again this year as nothing does a smokey burnout like an American!

I am also hoping that we can stick it to the Japs and the Blue Oval Cossie boys big style in all three disciplines. If one of our cars is not the fastest, highest top speed and best handling non-tuner RWD cars I will be surprised.

TOTB III.......Bring it on!

Corvettes will easily teach the Japs and Cossies (come on...) on the handling course. Corvettes handle like God and we've got some good handling Zs here (like VHR's I'd assume...).

Vettes should do ok on the drag strip and come close to winning all round given how good Corvettes/Vipers are.

I don't know any Supras (the most realistic RWD car to compete with)which are really set up for the track with a fair bit of power except perhaps 1.

Also a few Porsches...

see you all sunday (a few of us are nipping across to Santapod on sat for the Mopar Nats)
have fun but most important of all stay safe, espicially at the end of the 1.2 miles

weather for sunday up north is 25 celcius, sunny all day, so there's bound to be overheating problems again this, you wouldnt want to be running turbo's

looking forward to seeing some improved times from last years event

I was right behind you both at the time. It definately wasn't equal but I refuse to say any more than that. One of you is fibbing and you know who it is.

Now if I could just afford that twin turbo kit I could have 1000hp to play with and more torque than the Queen Mary.

Still one can dream, just the heads and rockers then for this winter........and a pack of 'Luck Strikes'

Would really love to run em together at the pod.....just for fun.
