All IMHO, but I'd contact ACT who have genuine Lucas parts still.
Seem to remember several posts on here re: pattern electrical/HT parts for the RV8 - none of them very complimentary. OK, you might spend another 5 quid for a rotor arm, but it will last. Nick

I dont think the ACT ones are old stock Lucas items as there are non left, and with p & p will be best part of £30. For the price and 3 yr warranty i think i will give one a go. I will report back on my findings.

The only breakdown I had on the move with my old V8S was with a broken pattern part rotor arm, thought I'd blown the engine . I'd be tempted to source an original part if I still had it myself, must be plenty of dusty old motor factors around with things like this gathering dust across the country.

£30 is about right for an embossed rotor arm. Everyone seem to know what they are now so no cheap ones about. Pattern ones much cheaper but cause loads of issues. FFG
