MV Agusta F4RR.

A house.

And the rest would probably go on insurance for the MV...

I'd do America and Canada on a Harley, I'd do Europe on a Sports Tourer and lots of other little trips, I'd spend most of the money on a nice house with a big garage then fill it with my favourite bikes.

Nothing too flash though......

Pay off the mortgage and then rent out my place in London.
Move to Thailand, buy a new home for me and the mrs, myself a few bikes.
Then I'd travel all over SE Asia by bike including doing vietnam on a proper bike and better than those idiots on Top Gear! wink
The trip would encompass visiting friends in Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam.
Oh I'd probably then visit the UK for holidays only too!

1 million? Buy a house with a propper garage, get myself a KTM 690, a good bike to tour on, a new car, a project bike and put the rest in the bank. Once you have a half decent house and a few toys there aint too much left if you don't take care.

sell my house and buy a nice house for £350k local to the area I am in. Must have a 3 space garage. or I would build one

Would leave me with about £820k
20k on tooling up the garage.
Lotus Exige. Down to £760k
A nice holiday. 10-15k so about £745k left
New car for the wife. £715k left.
Daily drive a nice transporter for use for track days as well. £685k left
Get a track bike, put money aside for many track days in the next few years. £650k left
But a nice bike i'm happy to use all year. £640k left

invest/bank £500k and do what ever with the last £140k

Mins you I've never given it much thought,

Move to a bigger house with off road parking, twin garage and room for a large extension cum ‘showroom/breakout’. Then fill it with a couple of pieces of raw beauty (Laverda’s) and Mitzy’s NC, bike memorabilia and a bar like Delboy’s

A 3 month sabbatical of mixed bike/motorhome touring (really not bothered about flash hotels)

A new lanyard for Mitzy

A new van as I couldn’t give a toss about cars anymore

Should leave me half a mill in the bank

Back to work on September 3

An awful lot of pre-war Brit bikes along with a large barn conversion for them & myself (with Mrs Hooli of course) to live in. Tour wise, the world. Starting with Norway etc, then Russia & just keep going for a couple of years.
