Hi everyone, my new M3W arrives in September and it is nearly time to chose the specification. My main problem is which colour to chose, do I pick from one of the standard colours or do I go bespoke. Any comments regarding what colour best suits the car would be most welcome.

Hi, I fancied sport grey with saddle leather, but my wife thinks it looks a bit like primer, suppose she has a point. The other colour from the standard range on the list is sport blue. Monks Heath where I'm getting my car from have one in Mercedes silver with red leather which looks FAB, but would cost another £12-1300. Is it with it?

I've also seen the silver and red combination and thought the same things as you (looks sublime but the additional cost...) I test drove one in grey/ tan and it was a nice combination. I think Sport Sand looks good too, after seeing IvanFord's pictures from Talk Morgan (hope you don't mind Ivan) Are you going for the chrome pack?

Hi Jon Wow, it looks the dogs dangleys to me.
Where did you get the stripe on he wheel rims done?
I'm not going for the chrome pack as headlamp shells can be obtained from Europa spares for about £17 each and during the winter lay up I was going to remove the roll hoops and have them chromed locally.
Still not decided on the body colour though but I do like the saddle brown leather.

Local vehicle sign writers, its only the sticky plastic so if it doesn't work can be peeled off with a heat gun and some effort.
I think the key with this approach is that once you fancy a change your're only looking at small sums of money.
