Hi, p38a range rover with blotchy grey bumpers, I have seen a couple of products which claim to dye it back, Wurth do one for about £35 and Autoglym for less than half that. Anyone got any experience or tips, or is the best course of action to dye them at all! Cheers.

Try warming them through with a hot air gun.

Peanut butter. The smooth stuff, obviously. Only a complete idiot would use crunchy.

Get a hair dryer or a heat gun if you have one and heat the plastic up, careful not to get it too hot and make sure you do touch it, it will bring the colour back to the plastic a right treat! Videos can be found on youtube if you need a guide smile

The Autoglym bumper treatment stuff does a really good job as well.

GTechniq C4 Permanent trim restorer, costs a fair bit but last up to 2 years and makes the trim back to its original colour

Excellent idea, used the hot air gun followed by lashings of AutoGlym Bumper care.
The results are amazing. Thanks guys! Will post a pic shortly.
