Been driving an EP3 Type R Civic on a daily basis since March now and love it to death, but the only teeny, weeny thing that irritates me about it is the rear light clusters. Why did they change the light clusters to resemble aftermarket items on the face-lift models? confused

It's only a tiny fault (IMHO) in an otherwise brilliant little car. smile

What about you?

The teeniest thing that bothers me really is that it isn't the car I want to be driving biggrin

The drainage pipe that runs from the sunroof down the inside pillar of the windscreen on the passenger side is blocked and when we get heavy rain it fills up and rains in my car.

Not good!

Have tried putting a wire pipe in aswell as compressed air but to no avail.

Other than that faultless! Not bad for a 13 Year old french hatchback.

The little buzzing noise that is sometimes made by the metal handbrake button in its casing. Drives me crackers.

Yeah the rear lights are much nicer on the pre facelift, but the front looks nicer on the facelift.

That all the paint is falling off. And it's full of dents. And it's rusty. And it leaks.

The rear light clusters- now you mention it, the the uninspiring 4 cylinder engine.
Great cars though they are I wouldn't want to be seen dead in them.paperbag

Pistonheads- image/cred matters

So just a few teeny things

Renault Laguna, perchance?

I've got exactly the same problem with mine. It's a really poor design that left me with a horn stuck on at 3am when the rain ran into the fusebox. I've fixed it (touch wood) by removing the rubber "flaps" on the end of the pipes as all these serve to do is provide a "dam" for the sediment to collect up against!

The windows go down automatically, but not up automatically. Plus it doesn't have a holder for my sunglasses.

other than the fact i want it to be the 5.4L V12 model the only thing is i wish the "coffee" coloured dash top was black....but it doesn't bother me.

no rattles, squeaks etc, looks respectable for a car approaching 12 years old (see picture) and drives well.

The cup holder in the centre console has a tendency to flip open and is also positioned in just the right place so that any drinks placed in it are in danger of being knocked over when changing gear.

FWD and underpowered/revvy so if you driving quick everyone can hear you are running the nuts off it and it just doesnt take off the line quickly at all. (Toyota celica 140).

No a Peugeot 106.

Ive had the car up on ramps and the driver side drains fine but we cant see where it drains from to search the same area on the opposite side.

Good call, the cup holder on my old Polo was constantly used and in a decent position, the Honda has it in a laughable position and will never be used.

Never really saw meself complaining about cup-holders before. hehe

The parking sensors don't switch off when you take it out of reverse gear (F30 320d). Annoying if you reverse up to a car or wall, and don't switch off the engine instantly, as it just beeps at you constantly until you switch off or drive away again.
