Nice to see the BBC equality working tonight, Coren was awful. Girl power.
Yes. She is normally very good though.

She wasn't any worse than the rest.
The beard guy was OK. The others, OK.

Clive James once said of John Snow that he leaned so far to the left that he risks falling off his chair. James himself is no Tory either!

This week's episode was one of the worse yet. I hadn't even heard of either of the guests and neither of them was even mildly amusing. This is still my favorite show but you think the BBC were capable of booking some better names for the panel.

Frank Skinner looked like he just couldn't even be bothered.

I gave up on it long ago, it used to watchably topical now its simply a weird mix of smug (Hislop) and gurning (Merton, who is I assume just doing it now because he has nothing else to fill his time).

I thought it was pretty good, but that author (Jon Ronson) didn't seem very popular with the rest of the panels.

Same here. I thought caridoc (sp?) was quite good. Ronson was a dampener on the whole show.

Rather good episode of HIGENFY this week, Ruth Davidson made a smart quip about Diane Abbot. biggrin
