Best reputed car bodyshop - Portsmouth/fareham?

Evening all,

I need a couple of items sorted on my car and would like it done by the best. Who would you recommend locally please?
I need a little corrosion addressed in both front arches where they have been stone chipped, and the plastic colour coded insert on my front bumper re-painted.

Fareham/Portsmouth preffered.

Another for Airport Bodyshop in Wallington. I used them for my TVR when it was keyed by some little scrote.

Although Airport was pretty competative, I have actually decided to use AJ Lawrence.

They took their time to understand what I wanted, and the best way to achieve the finish. The estimater also got the opinion of a painter and between us decided on the best course of action.

For this reason, along with the price - I have booked the car into them.

Hi all, resurrecting this threat as I need to get a small dent & scrap taken out of my '76 Alfa Spider safer someone kindly reversed into it. damage is minimal but will need a rear wing resprayed. anyone used Airport Bodyshop & Banbury's recently? Are they still the best in the area to get quotes from? The person who hit the car may pay up but more likely will go through insurance. thanks all.

They where fixing stone chips ready for me to sell the car. They did the whole front end and stripped it right back (not something that the main dealer's own bodyshop had done before).

I'm currently using Banburys to rectify some fairly extensive paintwork problems on my car. They are also sorting out a recent parked car/moving lorry interface problem that is being paid for by a third party.
Yes, they are expensive but I can't fault their results and their customer service is second to none.

Thanks both for the replies. I went to Banburys today for a quote. As you say great customer service & price seemed reasonable . They can't fit me in for a month so guess they're doing something right!
