New Morning Frost V12V with Red+Black Lightweight Seats
Discussion
- UPDATED WITH DELIVERY PICS ON PAGE 3 **
Anyway as a regular reader/poster here I saw mention of a Morning Frost car (on kbf1981’s thread – sorry again matey) with lightweight seats with chancellor red inserts unregistered at my local dealer who is less than 5mins away, I too knew this was my dream spec car and the idea of changing 10 mths early clicked into place. I did however have a couple of other really critical spec items to me beyond MF with Red buckets, such as Premium Audio, a dark front grill and Front Parking sensors and so temptation to go have a look was too much for me and at 9:15am on Saturday morning I was there to view the car.
Much to my total surprise and delight the car had absolutely all my critical spec items and looked drop dead gorgeous too! I really couldn’t believe it and so I had to enquire about a theoretical cost to change. The initial figure was a little off the mark but not that far off that a deal couldnt be done, and so by Monday morning JCT600 had put together a revised and most agreeable cost to change and I smashed open the piggy bank and purchased the car!
Thanks to Tim and Mark @ JCT600 for being really lovely people to deal with again and on putting together a great deal for me - I just can’t recommend these guys enough!
So here is a little taster of what I have to come...
More pics and details to follow at the weekend after collection!

Amazing. Want to see pics of the inside now.
ok, ok... I was going to hold off until collection to take proper pics as the internal pics didnt come out that great on my phone (making the chancellor red appear much darker / burgundy like than it really is), but as you insist I will post what I have for now.Cheers, thanks for all the kind and enthusiastic comments!
Woot, Im famous!

Welcome to the Morning Frost White V12V club. Stunning interior and quite unique I would think. When do you pick it up?
Cheers! The current plan is Fri PM or Sat AM subject to the usual various things that need to happen.Jockman said:
Fantastic car - well done Adam !!!
Whilst concurring with your obvious chagrin I do feel that one must act quickly in such a fluid marketplace. Enjoy
Thanks. Yes, it is a delicate situation which I do feel remorse over, hence I took my time to post carefully on the other thread first, but this was just one of those situations where nothing was planned and one thing led to another. In fact it was one of my most impulsive purchases ever, but the car just seemed fated to be mine somehow. I still have no regrets over the impulsivity of the purchase indeed Im delighted with the deal and how much value my previous V12V retained over its first 2years. I just need to find the superglue now to put back together that poor piggy bank! Whilst concurring with your obvious chagrin I do feel that one must act quickly in such a fluid marketplace. Enjoy

Well done for "just saying no" to suicide black interior....

I really like that interior! One of the best V12V interiors I've seen, and I usually prefer the look of the sports seats!
The exterior I'm not such a huge fan of.
Cheers George - I will take that as a double compliment! I would hate to think I had bought a car that you fully approved of! The exterior I'm not such a huge fan of.

Wow I love that interior, fantastic. I love MF also, but ended up with 'safe' Quantum. Congrats on the new V12V, would you be the first person to have owned 2?
Thanks!!! A good point, I dont know - I suppose I might be, now you mention it I dont recall seeing anybody else who has had 2!Woot, Im famous!
You declare your impulsiveness Adam but I'm pretty sure that you are well documented as only buying new cars??? and not keeping them out of warranty???
If my recollections are indeed correct then you are bang on schedule with this one matey.
I also know a certain ED50 who will now be salivating at this news - may even gee him along a bit

Congrats Adam - beautiful car (and great name, may I add). I applaud your impulsiveness (impulsion?) - life's too short to over-think things sometimes.
I think you've now answered this thread (6 months early...):

It's funny reading things with hindsight
And I look forward to the impending "V12V - where next: 2015" thread.

Cheers! Hahaha, indeed that old thread - yes you and Jockman have me cornered there! I remember I posted that thread when I was p'dd off at work and thinking of downsizing and retiring early, but since then things have picked up considerably and work life is all good again. It is humorous reading however, looking at just how off topic we got and reading again about Michael's lavish retirement plans. I think you've now answered this thread (6 months early...):

I'll have to give it a couple of months at least before I post that "2015" thread though! A V12VR would indeed be good but with only 100 rumoured I cant see discounts being common place and I do like to strike up a good deal on my new car purchases!

Fantastic, I am glad a dealer specced a car like that up - or was it a cancelled order?
Gorgeous car inside and out, love it
Are you bringing it to Hever?
Cheers! I was told by Tim @ JCT600 it was specced by them as a stock car, and indeed that they had already done 2 or 3 other cars almost identical which sold very well and so they ordered this one too. So perhaps its not as unique as it seems, but I think we need the detective powers of Mako-Phil here to trace down my cars identical siblings!Gorgeous car inside and out, love it

Sadly I wont be coming to Hever as its a bit far from me, but I will try to show my face (and car) and something northern this summer! Does anybody know where and when the next yorkshire shin-dig is?
No it was a dealer specified car as far as I am aware. It is chassis no. 725 so an earlier 2011 model. I looked at it several times this year before ordering a new Carbon Edition. Stunnning looking car but had the light weight seats and I wanted the sports seats.
Congratulations on the purchase
