Thanks all - and yes I am going to have to think of places to stretch it's legs .... the gearing seems so much longer than my C2S!

Congratulations & well done, it looks lovely. Having talked to the other half she muttered the immortal words "if you think we can afford it...."

To me that sounds like a green light! laugh

My other half was mumbling something along the lines of: "bigger house" and "stamp duty", but I pretended not to hear and kept warbling on about the noise and amazing performance until she said "oh for gods sake - go and buy it"..... woohoo

There is a price for my "success" though - I now have "my" toy and therfore I must now "cease & desist" on spending for the rest of the year! blabla

OK, mine isn't a GT3 but it has cost me a Mulberry handbag, a holiday to Thailand, an Omega watch and a shopping spree in London. Only 1 have I delivered on so far, one is booked and the other 2 promised. I'm sure there will be more to come rolleyes

One girls' trip to Spain and a week in the Pyrenees for her family and friends. Not to mention countless pairs of shoes!!

Porsche ought to give guidelines when they quote the OTR price. Otherwise OTR stands for "on the rocks"!!

You gotta watch that, I was slow on making good with my wife and her interest rates make those pay day loan providers seem reasonable! The thing I hate is the fact that you object to the price of a handbag and you get 'the look' coupled with 'how much is YOUR car worth?' Should have spec'd PCCB to help her argument! wink
