Windscreen where the passenger wiper has scored the glass.
In days of yore you could polish out marks in glass with jewellers Rouge
Would that work on a laminated screen?
Car is currently off the road and not MoT or taxed......

Depends on how bad it is can you run your fingernail across it and feel it?. When there that bad it's difficult to get them out without distorting the screen but it is possible and not a problem doing it with being laminated at all.

I would quite agree with the previous post, regarding the depth issue but the amount of glass you need to remove to get the scratch out is such that you need a polisher with serious grunt to polish which would normally be more than the cost of most screens so it tends to restrict the process to the professionals. Normally about £100 to do a full wiper arc so it needs to be an expensive screen to justify it.
