As the title says really. Fancied one of these for a long time but missed the last one I saw on eBay quite some time ago.

Anyone have one or know of someone who does who would sell?

It's my birthday soon and fancied treating myself smile

I didn't know there was a chronograph watch, but I have a VERY nice certfied Swiss chronometer TVR watch, had it for some years now. Nice!

And sorry no I don't want to sell it.

I have one two, there were two types made for TVR the first was more expensive and I know that in 98 some dealers gave them to customers buying there third TVR.
The second version was sold by TVR directly and I got one off the last ten.that was back in 02
Will take a pic and post tomorrow

Now I realise just how bad my camera seems to be!

A pal of mine worked at Sewills of Liverpool in the late 1990's, they were asked to commission a watch for TVR, which they did, TVR sold them through their official channels and Sewills were left with a few left over (six?). Sadly as they weren't TVR approved they couldn't sell them to the public... [cough]so I sold them for them[/cough] I bought the original sample version (a prototype, for myself, which suits me and my car) the rest I sold on within the TVRCC. The 'production' watches had the TVR logo on the rear bezel and a different dial.

Yes Chris nothing so fancy as a certified time piece. Just a rather attractive cheap chronograph watch which if memory serves retailed for about £80 at Hilltop TVR in 2000. Why oh why I never bought the one on display that day I'll never know. I have a pic of the watch in question though typically I know not which disc or HD it survives on so can not post it up sorry. Someone soon no doubt will for us though.

Now about my birthday.......

The watch forum would have a laugh at these "quality' items.

Thanks I did though I've no interest in those. It is the one that Colin posted that I would like.

As for the watch forum isn't it more likely someone in TVR world not watch world will have one?
That said it's unlikely anyone here will part with their's.

It's a long shot me asking, but you never know smile

I'm wondering if one might surface should I keep this topic active. Somehow I think I'm onto a loser, lol.

Wouldn't have thought it would be that difficult to have one made,a watchmaker could apply a TVR sticker to any watch
