Saw that, not sure how it's ended up there!
I really like the aqua blue on the RS, but I would change the red to black as I think it clashes awful with the blue....
How much do you reckon it would cost to change?

I thought this was going to be a picture of a gt3 outside a Aldi or Lidl, maybe it's the car supermarkets owners car, seen some exotic metal for sale at car giant over the years.

Not sure about this particular cars owner but the guy that owns this garage always has a few exotics of his own e.g. Gallardos, SLS etc but check out the BonkeRS collection on You Tube that he owns. Some really rare and special Fords in there.

The car is probably as good as any OPC's.
"Serviced at Porsche Cardiff June 2012 50 miles ago with no Advisories, Over Rev Range Checked with a Reading of 1 (which is the lowest in the range)"
Sounds like the garage/owner knows how his stuff. Priced cheap too imo. I'd be very tempted to view this car if i was in the market for a 7.2RS, with ceramics.

A range 1 on one of these actually means that it has been mechanically over revved beyond 9000rpm. That still ought not be a problem, but according to Reading they wouldn't sell a 997 GT3 with any over revs. Even with this in mind though, that is a very keen price for one of these.

AFAIK a Range 1 and a Range 2 are both within the engine's rev limiter. In which case drive flat out in first, don't change up quick enough and you'll hit that range, the limiter will kick in and protect everything well within safe limits, usually immediately followed by an up-change.

Reading are talking bs if that's what they told you. Happy to eat my hat if wrong

Does Porsche not run any kind of electronic rev limiter on the flat sixes? I guess not from this thread. I would be very hesitant to buy any car that shows over rev.
