Colds/Flu

I have man flu and therefore only have a short time to live. Can I still go swimming and running or will this make my illness much worse?

Rule of thumb for running is that if it's a head-cold you can still go out; if it's on your chest then don't go out.

Running indoors or swimming means I may catch your germs. Which is not so good.
