OK, thought I'd start a new topic about this. I've seen (and heard) said exhausts on a promotional video on the Fabspeed website.

The exhausts sound fantastic. However I'm having trouble getting a typical dB figure for the pipes. I do a few track days so don't want mad-open-pipe-Cerbera style noise, however I do want a LOT more noise than the OE 993 silencers.

This is my 3rd 993, but the last car was a TVR Griff 500 so I've been spoilt somewhat by decent noise - the Griff was fine on all the track days I did in it...

Has anyone here done 'normal' track days (and got dB figures) with Supercups on a 993?? (Bennno - were your Fabspeeds the supercup version or the maxflow?)

I understand the Supercups come with bolt-on pipes to direct the sound to the ground, but I'm not sure if this makes any difference to the average sound-meter-on-a-stick measuring device used at most track days...

The video sounds cool but I'd appreciate real-world comparisons, e.g. against a Griff 500, for example
