The 'arse' of a T350 is rather special to look at imho. Totally in proportion as they say....
Does my bum look big in this ? Yes ma'am... and I love it !
Just make sure you decat, JP or Power sports exhaust, with bigger tail pipes than standard. Leave the lights and diffuser alone. Job done !

I would absolutely love a tam with a sagaris front-end and t350 rear, i think it would look awesome, the perfect ultimate TVR in my personal view!

Plasticman could do that for you you. Have you seen his personal T350? It has a lot of Sag styling cues. Below is a teaser of my car taken yesterday. Hopefully it'll be done by next weekend.... Think I'm going to paint it silver or dark silver. Now to find a paint shop!

I always thought the Tamora to be a very pretty car but the back end let it down (only my opinion). But with those new rear light clusters it looks perfect! Well done. Can't wait to see the finished result. Plasticman is truly a god!

I'm looking forward to seeing this new creation. For me, the T350 is the best looking of the T cars and it also appears that it will work very well as a convertible.
Are you tempted to add some form of roll cage/hoop?

I Didn't like the Tam at first, thought it looked too 90's, but I got a whole new appreciation once I'd spent a little time with it. The front of the Mk2 is fine, and I think the standard rear could be made to look a lot better by getting rid of the diffuser panel and number plate/exhaust cover, and possible replacing the two rear lights with a single, bigger unit from an Alfa Mito. The standard rear end is too fusy IMO. But that's a project for someone else.... Or next time!

Are you tempted to add some form of roll cage/hoop? I've got high hopes too. Hoefully there'll be more to see on Wednesday! I'm not tempted to add roll hoops, but then nor am I tempted to roll it! The only thing I am still tempted to do is shorten the rear lights. And I think I've found my colour too! Alfa Stromboli Grey:

T350? Red Bull blue, like your photoshop effort, all the time. Great project BTW, the car TVR should have made IMHO.

I know Spectraflair is great. Will be getting a quote for that too, but I think it's quite pricey? Don, I know it's a dull colour (better for a porka?) but it does a few things I need- It goes with the current blue interior it will go with a possible future re-trim when I save up again It hides scratches and swirl marks unbelievably well It hides dirt. Hang on, don't you have a dark silver Sag? FP, do you like Orange? The Sagora is already orange Buzz, More pictures will follow when the car is in better state, on Wednesday.

GTrr, I was hot on a shade of blue for a good while, but had a few concerns about keeping it clean and swirl mark free (my last blue and current black car are HARD work!) And I think lighter shades suit the T350 more. I am still open to suggestion though! I'm still thinking about this though: Rear light shortening.... Just think it looks better.... Sacralidge!

Looking good..for what it's worth I like that Alfa colour.
Q....assume you are refitting the Tamora boot....are you keeping the small spoiler and brake light? ...or are removing it so the boot lid runs flat into the bodywork so it's more like the T350?

Hmmm.... You're right. Maybe some direct sunshine might help? Much better! (Yes, it's the same colour!) David (Plasticman) is reputed to have worked with my guy (Brendan at Raceproved), so you're in safe hands. I did get a good price on the paint etc, as it was an enforced colour change. The paint code is SF-6, it's called Spectraflair black. I did also look at the Lotus colours, Ferrari greys (loved the Grigio Silverstone), but at the end of the day, an insane body shape such as the Sag really lends itself to this kind of colour. The cuts and curves in the body really show it off. IMHO the Spectraflair Silver cars are stunning things, but I wanted a stronger colour out of direct sunlight. It's been described as akin to an accountant who whips off his suit to reveal a jewelled bikini, and the colour has also been dubbed British Racing Brown. One final shot of it on Friday.

Don, your car looks amazing! I've got a few pics of it saved, but maybe before it was re-done? But I know Spectraflair is hard to get right with a camera. Love the wheels too.
I think you're the first TVR guy that likes the short lights!
What's the LED conversion you speak of? Will do a search...
