2 stage touch up paint

This might be a bit of a stupid question, but I've got a touch up kit for the MR2 (dark gray mica) which has a 'Touch up pencil Basecoat' (gray mica) and "Touch up pencil Clear lacquer", and I've lost the instructions for it ... so which one do I apply first...?

You need to mix them together

The basecoat and leave plenty of time before lacquering at least 10 minutes.

Base coat first, let it dry completly, if it is just a chip gently dab the clear on, dont try and rub it in.
