Joking apart, quite a bit of research when 'he' returned to the fold like the prodical son led to the revelation that 'he' will lead the Labour side of the political/politicians' review of the Olympics - or something similar to this anyway, but in blunt terms there will be some sort of 'inquest' and he will be Labours' representative in this. It took some finding!

I think of 'him' as "The Prince Of Darkness Mark 2" (think in terms of Mandelson being Mark 1) .
