OlberJ's £10k Bucket List
Discussion
Rather than do the usual what car thread, i thought i'd put together a bucket list of cars within a certain budget and try them all out. All this Reader's Cars. Normally these requests are for 1 car that fits all and whatever gets suggested gets ignored pretty much. Hopefully this is different.
Keep each car for a couple of months, try not lose any money (ha!) and decide for myself which car(s) fit the bill for me. I'll update this first post with the cars i want to try and then add to the thread as i go.
Sticking to the interesting ones.
So i'm going for a £10k max budget. Had so far :
1.6L, 2.0L, 3.0L - 4.2V8 in progress
So on to the List.
By the end of it all, i know i'll end up buying a 911 but it'll be a fun journey. Insurance wise i'll have a trader policy so no issues with spending a fortune changing vehicles.
Any suggestions to add to the list gratefully received.

iv done this and come to the end of the list of 10k cars i can think of.
to list a few
porsche 944 s2 cab
lotus elan se turbo
mitisbushi evos
E36 M3
x2 E46 m3's
tvr chim
tvr cerb
vx220 turbo
alpina b10 V8
jag xjr
even tried a 996 C4s for a month or so before selling it on my uncle.
and there have been meny more. TBH ive gone over a bit once going up to £11k.
all have the pros and cons my fav's being the E46's and the cerb but in the end you still feel like a change and just want to be able to spend more.
i fancy a somthing diffrent from the M3 but the only stuff i fancy is way out of reach. (but its always good to have a gole)
umm E60 M5 or 996 turbo best get saving (alot)
im sure you'll have fun trying stuff out though like you say the trick is not to lose a lot of cash / try to make a small profit if you can.
