Saw this video the other day, still unsure who's fault it is.. Im thinking the drivers fault. The driver appears to get in the car as the cop is writing him a ticket, he starts to drive off, but the cop stands infront of the vehicle. I think he should have stopped what he was doing there and then and got out to see what the situation was. Instead his window gets slapped, door slammed of the taxi next to it, then he gets dragged to the ground. What do you think? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3lKwkn6JT74&lis...

Drivers fault in my eyes as well. He is some Z list celebrity anyway, the girl who drives off in the end was on the 'The Hills' or something.

Thread resurrection.

Although it was undoubtedly the driver's fault, the cop's behaviour is laughable; his heavy handedness combined with the faux limping around

Whilst I have some sympathy for the view that says a Ferrari driver ought to be able to weather the ticket financially; I'd say that the cop clearly shuffling his foot under the wheel of the car to encourage the driver to stay put is way more stupid!

What a giggle
