The RAF doesnt have four Harriers. A few gate guardians maybe with the rest lying baking in the desert somewhere in America - Arizona i think as i cant remember the name of where they have been dumped by the yanks now they have stripped them down.

What a waste.

Not Harriers then. Thought it unlikely. Just got a two second look between tall buildings. Was expecting Red Arrows but wasn't them.

That would explain the almighty roar over my flat on Monday night......... Did wonder if it was a Euro Fighter, but by the time I got to the window it had vanished.

There won't be anymore four ships. Noise complaints have forced the RAF to scale it down to one aircraft.

Got off the train last night just as the Typhoon went over - superb (and very loud)!!
