Never mind your boots, sonny. How much did those jeans cost you? Must be Tesco £5 specials. Just no need...as a female would say. hehe

I know this is O/T, and that you were joking, but how on earth can you tell anything about jeans? My wife is always going on about me getting decent jeans, but I never know what defines 'good'. I hate the fashion and stressed ones, and don't want my arse crack or underwear to be showing. Are there additional criteria?

And, for the record, I don't buy Tesco jeans.
These fit the bill if you're of average build. Medium rise, loose enough to be comfortable, can be worn smart or casual. Take this picture to a Diesel, Levis or any other jeans shop and ask for that style.

How very dare you. Wranglers actually.

$16 from Wal Mart so about a Tenner.

Plenty good enough for work biggrin

Levi 501's for going out. I pay about 25 quid for them.

If you ever send your jeans out to a laundry in Texas, they'll come back with creases ironed into them i.e. ruined.

D'oh! I was surprised at the belt-free-denim/black shoe combo, as well as the ironed-in creases.

When do you go for a resole...

Some of the stitching on my Jeffrey West's is wearing through... but the soles seem OK. Think they have a way to go yet. feels like the soles have just worn in!!!

Shirley you could've picked these up on any British High Street/out of town retail park? Why go all the way to Austria?

A whole day, with 2 carrier bags and a box to show for it. Well done.

Low key and tasteful by the standards of R Soles. Were you not tempted by a pair of these bad boys?

I mean how, in this country, unless going to a fancy dress party, would one wear these?

I do hope those of you sporting brown brogues and such are not conducting business 'in town'.

I'm horrified by the recent proliferation of this style error.

Obviously if you're an estate agent then crack on...
