It's a pretty simple question with a pretty simple answer - do you believe in some sort of god or gods, are you agnostic or are you an athiest?

After answering the poll feel free to tell us why you answered the way you did...........

Atheist.

Because I don't believe in there being any gods. Of any brand.

Atheist.

There are two competing hypotheses: either god(s) created man or man created gods. There is no credible, objective evidence for the former but abundant, clear evidence for the latter.

Atheist. I don't need Gods, religion or anything else. I am comfortable being a mass of cells, hair and fat and when I die the worms eat me.

There is no line between agnostic, and atheist, (or agnostic and religious for that matter).

There are essentially 4 states of belief.

Gnostic Theist - Someone who knows there is a God/s and believes in them.
Agnostic theist - Someone who does not know if there is a God, but believes anyway.
Agnostic atheist - Someone who does not know if there is a God, but does not believe.
Gnostic atheist - Someone who knows there is no God, and does not believe.

I am an agnostic atheist.

That is not hedging your bets in any way, shape or form. If you believe in any form of God, you are a theist. If not, you are an atheist. Agnosticism crosses into both.

(Also, Pascals wager has been proven many times over to be daft;))

Atheist.

There are no gods, never seen one or any proof of one. Bad and good stuff happens to everyone with no external influence.

i don't believe there is any evidence for a or some god/gods, but the way it's set up means it is impossible to know.

so i'm an atheist but it's impossible to know if there is a god or not.

"No, I'm C of E".

Firm Atheist. But if I do find myself up in front of some kind of creator I'd like to think that I'd stand more of a chance of admittance than most religious types!

Agnostic here. Categorically stating there is no god of any kind - although more likely on a balance of probabilities by a long shot - seems as proposterous to me as worshipping one.

None of us knows, whatever I want to believe doesn´t make a blind spot of difference to the (non-)existance of an upper being, and I´ve long stopped worrying about things that I have no influence on whatsoever.

Agnostic theist, or agnostic atheist? 'Agnostic' tells us nothing about your beliefs.

Sorry, but you're wrong. 'Agnostic' simply tells us your stance on knowledge, so to speak. It tells us nothing about your beliefs.

Sorry, but anyone who claims ´proof exists´ either way surely falls into the category of ´mental´?

Where in that graph would you be if you don´t ´believe´ either way?

As said, not that it makes a blind bit of difference to anyone/thing...
