For the last couple of months I've been suffering some discomfort in my elbow. Its something that has bothered whilst weight training in the past but after a couple of days rest it always went away.
However this time I've had pain for a couple of months. It only causes an issue at the start of a session in the gym and usually eases off after a good warmup. I can't manage any tricep isolation work because of the strain it puts on the joint.
The pain seems to be on the boney bit on the elbow.
I've rested it for a couple of weeks but without any differance.
Any tips or advice for treatment or specific excersies to assist would be great.

not much help, but i suddenly started getting exactly this pain after doing too many Tricep Dips... now anything i do i get this pain in my elbow, makes my hand feel funny too...
