What are the benefits of the above over a normal Premier/Platinum account?

I have left Lloyds Private. They invested my money mainly in their own products which did not perform and resulted in greater fees.
I now manage my own portfolio at Hargreaves Lansdown.

A while since I had any dealings with them, but I have had clients move to me from them in the past. Expensive and shoddy about sums up my recollection.
