Hi Folks, Can anyone recommend a good 4-5 star all inclusive resort/hotel/villa in the Algarve for a group of lads? Our ideal situation would be a nice villa that is on a resort so, we can get all inclusive aswell. We really need all inclusive with booze included because some of us are known to spend £300+ each on an ordinary night out so, it would save us alot of money. A lively resort would be a bonus too. Thanks in advance.

Went to Albufeira in April for my stag do. Plenty going on there; there is the predictable strip full of Sports bars etc, or if you fancy somewhere a bit more upmarket there is the old town.
Because of the state of the Portugese economy you do get looked after & it's much cheaper than at home.
We booked a huge villa with its own restaurant, bar & pool through Sunnyseek Holidays - I don't have their web address but if you google it you'll find it.
I can also recommend Sunnyseek - we've used them twice without any issues. You can book as much or as little with them as you like e.g. Transfers.

Thanks for your reply. We have decided to go to Albufeira. However, due to PH's unusual lack of replies I done a load of research myself yesterday and managed to find a modern 8 bedroom Villa with private pool for just under £1k for the week. I also managed to get a Golf or Focus for about £75, which I think is extremely good value.
Did your group go go-karting? Anything else worth doing apart from drinking? What's the going rate for a pint? cocktails? jager bombs? nice bottle of champagne? What about supermarket prices for bbq meat and booze? Thanks in advance.

Can't honestly remember the price of drinks as most of the time I was off my trolley and was not the one at the bar ordering. I do remember as a general rule it is noticeably cheaper to eat & drink there than it is at home.
Like I said in my previous post, most of the places there are desperate for business, so if you find somewhere you like & are happy to stay for a few hours, they will look after you. For some reason we kept going back to a place on the main strip called Waves, mainly due to their extensive drinks list & Sky TV. The last night we were there they gave us free dinner & 6 bottles of champagne, just because we had spent so much in there in the few days we were there.
For things to do, it will make me sound an alcoholic, but all we did was drink. I've been before and we went to a waterpark somewhere close by which was a good laugh, but depends on the weather.

No golfers in the group. We are going to do a go-karting Grand Prix but, not really sure what else to do.
