Hi All,
TVRCC West Sussex has had a recent change of RO and DRO - we're desperately trying to increase the size of the West Sussex meets and put more events on but there seems to be a lot of people we're unaware of!
Please can you let me know who you are so you can be added to the invitation list?! An email address and local town is perfect so we can organise small convoys from your local areas to the main events.

Matt - you sound like a man of experience?!!
Andrew and I are very keen to push the club forward, grow membership and host/go to some brilliant events.
I'm currently organising an inter region Karting day, the club is in talks with Rolls Royce, Morgan and McLaren to organise some factory tours (Bentley is on my list of 'to contact' too). I've been talking to Goodwood to possibly hire the motor circuit, skid pan and/or the hill climb at Goodwood House, though expensive!! We're organising a convoy for West Sussex, Hants and Surrey to the Mini Southern Gathering and there is a TVR CC day booked for Brooklands next year including the hill climb - so there's plenty in the pipeline!
In the last 2 weeks, I've recruited several new members via PH, 2 track day's and Wings and Wheels so the club has already started to grow. We were involved with the TVR Rock 'Olympic Torch', have met with Hants and Surrey for drives out and have broken down barriers, slowly changing peoples mind about WS being 'stagnant'.
So, hopefully the light at the end of the tunnel isn't an oncoming train!!

Matt has trodden the path you now tread  Have done the racing simulator at Horley, is good fun but you need to be fairly 'able' to climb in and out of them. Great fun for a winter's night when the Tivs are tucked up safely. http://www.letsrace.co.uk/ (formerly Pure Tech Racing)

Yes I have experience lol you will find it easy to come up with ideas but very hard to get commitment, money and any help. I do wish you the best of luck. :-)

Thanks guys, The race simulator is something that's definitely on the radar, as is a similar one called Driver's Chanllenge. Thanks Matt, in that case, shedding out near enough £8k to rent Goodwood may not make sense without sponsorship. Something about Rome and a day?!  Rich
