POR15 is good. Frost sells it. Hipo Yellow is close enough but you need to note that these enamels dry gloss. The A+ coatings were matt (well, all of mine are).

There's also a POR clearcoat which you could go over the top of the completed engine once built, this would help protect the colour coat from peeling at drillings, sharp edges etc...
