I just had a chocolate muffin to make me feel better.
I do, a bit.
Still feels like someone's stuck an airpump into my sinuses.

Note to self; take off wedding ring when making sausages, else you will lose it. And some lucky punter will be up a few quid.

Morning all.
I feel rough as hell today, and no amount of coffee is fixing it.
The drawing office grumbling at me to fix their problems for them is not helping either.

I've brought my own coffee-maker into the office! Everyone is moaning that the smell of fresh coffee is driving them nuts! May bring a bread-maker in next week!

Have you offered to make them a cup? Is the problem that it smells so good, but they can't have any, or that they don't like the smell? If it's the former, I can see their point, if it's the latter, there's something wrong with them!

Sounds like we are all pretty tired today Between the joys of Pseudoephedrine and mental wind/rain I managed about two hours sleep last night and to be honest it's not going well

Changedmyname said: Would this be another replaced engine with VW under warranty? Yup. 2nd one ate its cam-belt after one month (12k miles) at 70+ mph. Apparently it's been plagued with problems since he got it, so is in talks with VW over them getting it back completely and him having a brand spanking new one at no cost as part of his lease deal. It's also on its 3rd back door, had a new front end and 2x rear ends oh and a new NS sliding door

Homeless people.
How do you feel about the situation?
Last night up in London, we saw quite a few homeless people.. And one came onto the tube train and asked for money, then sat in the corner of the train. It was pretty awkward, and no one really knew how to react.
Is it a difficult subject? Are they there because of their own actions? If you gave them a few quid would it be spent on a cup of tea, or go towards their next shot of drugs?
